Return & Refund Policy

At Rhythm & Ridge, we want you to love every piece you order.

If something isn’t quite right, you can easily return your items for a refund or exchange, following the policy below.

1. Return Conditions

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed.
    • In their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
    • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains or odors.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at info@rhythm-ridge.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack your items securely and send them back using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@rhythm-ridge.com.

We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure availability.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items with signs of wear, odor, or damage caused by the customer

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • The following items are non-returnable:
  • Sale items and discounted products
  • Items purchased during special promotions
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rhythm-ridge.com and send your item to: Middelburg, Netherlands.

Gifts

If you received a Rhythm & Ridge product as a gift and wish to return it,
please contact us at info@rhythm-ridge.com with your order details.
We will do our best to find the best solution for you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email us first at info@rhythm-ridge.com
to receive the return address and instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Rhythm & Ridge is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
